How do I find my community?+
Tap Find My Community, choose the goal you're working towards, and NAVIVO recommends the communities built around it.
What happens after I join a community?+
You get the community feed, upcoming events and challenges, plus the professionals and partner businesses that support that group.
How do I join an event?+
Open a community, go to Events and RSVP. Group runs, walks, workshops and recovery sessions are all listed there.
Where do professionals fit in?+
Professionals support communities rather than sit in a directory. You'll meet them inside the community you join, and can book them from there.
How do payments work?+
Payments are secured through NAVIVO. You're only charged once the provider confirms your session.
Is my data private?+
Always. Your journey, goals and preferences are private by default and never shared without your permission.
