These terms apply when you use NAVIVO (navivo.co.uk). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use NAVIVO.
1. What NAVIVO is
NAVIVO helps you find wellness communities, join their events and connect with the professionals who support them. Communities, organisers and professionals are independent of NAVIVO and are responsible for what they run and offer.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. The information you give us must be accurate.
3. Communities and events
Organisers decide when events run and may change or cancel them. If an event you joined is cancelled, we'll let you know in the app and by email. Take part at your own pace and seek medical advice before starting new physical activity if you have any health concerns.
4. Bookings with professionals
When you book a session, your agreement for that session is with the professional. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Cancellation and refund terms are shown before you confirm a booking.
5. Plans and payments
NAVIVO is free to use. Paid plans (such as NAVIVO Plus and Professional plans) renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices include VAT where applicable.
6. How you must behave
Be respectful. Don't post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't misuse the service or try to access other people's data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Health information
NAVIVO is not a medical service. Content, check-ins and recommendations are for general wellbeing only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
8. Our responsibility to you
We provide NAVIVO with reasonable care and skill, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. You can close your account at any time from Settings or by emailing us.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have to bring a claim where you live in the UK.
